therefore far more critical that you manage what you eat. Exercise
is a good thing, having many benefits, but don&#039;t count on it very
much to help you loose weight.</description>

		<description>That looks exhausting. How demeaning for your poor workers. Install
a nice outdoor cafe table, get some decent coffee, bring a
whiteboard, tell those who attend that they can speak freely - and
mean it - and see what bubbles up... Group exercise mandatory in
the workplace... healthy people make me sick!</description>
