The company went out of business but cashed the access check for $1871.00. The credit card company says I was not protected because I used access check and they are "cash advances and not protected like using the credit card. I used the access check to make a home improvement with the teaser 0% for one year. The credit card company states I have to pay the $1871.00 anyway. Help!
