I keep trying to sign-up to be a lender and get a message after the last step saying that you cannot confirm my identity. I have used the exact same data for other lending sites Prosper in particular and have not had this problem. when will this be fixed/is there anything i can do to get my account to work?

We will look into this. Can you send the e-mail address you used when signing up to my Facebook account? Just click on John on the "John from Lending Club" signature of the blog.
